If you change your mind about your OEMs purchase within 30 days, you can return to ANY of our stores. Or, if you bought your item online, you can send back to our distribution centre for a full refund. The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging.

Fastest delivery (1-3 days) $120.*

Free Next Working Day Delivery is now available on Car Parts Express parts irrespective of your order value and includes parts sold under the following categories on Shop – OEM Performance Spare parts

  • Cooling & Heating
  • Electrical & Lighting
  • Suspension & Steering
  • Body & Exhaust

It is not available on any other car parts, including but not limited to, batteries, wiper blades or bulbs.

Next working day delivery

You’ll need to place your order before 2.00pm Monday-Friday for it to be delivered next working day. Delivery will be by 4pm.

If you place your order after the cut-off time of 2.00pm or at the weekend, then you’ll need to add an additional 1 working day to the delivery timeframe

Orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm will be delivered on Monday, orders placed on a Friday after 2.00pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday before 2.00pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

No home delivery services are available on a bank holiday.

PACKAGING

Where possible, use the original packaging when sending back the product to us. This packaging already comes with the labelling and packaging formats that you need to apply. If your OEMs parcel was damaged please use new packaging to send the product back to us. To the new packaging please apply the additional labels included in your parcel. If you cannot locate your additional labels, copies can be downloaded using the link below. Please ensure you download and apply all the labels present on your original packaging.
